GO VIRAL - the power of social media


These days, almost everyone has a social media account on either Facebook orTwitter—most people have both.  It’s almost guaranteed that the people you want to reach are waiting there, but how do you actually reach them? 

Fan engagement is really where it’s at.  There are two tricks to using Facebook and Twitter effectively.
1. You’ve got to become a source of information for your fans and followers.
2. You need to bridge the gap between you and the customer.
Think of social media as one of the most powerful customer service tools out there.  It enables you to enter into a candid conversation with your clients.  They can comment; you can listen.  They can also toss out praise and “likes” when you do things they like.  It’s an unprecedented look into the minds of your customers if you know how to use it.
